Let’s clear
things up.

Who is Toolbox built for?+

Lawn, landscape, concrete, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses.

Is Toolbox easy for a new team member to learn?+

Toolbox is designed around familiar stages and a clear next step. The office follows the customer and job workflow; the crew gets a focused view of its day. The guided tour lets you explore that flow using a fictional project.

How does Toolbox support overhead recovery?+

Your annual forecast can allocate overhead into proposal pricing using a field-labor-hour method, a single recovery factor, or different markups by cost type. After work is completed, recorded recovery entries can be compared with the annual goal. Quoted recovery remains separate from recorded recovery.

Where do the financial numbers come from?+

Business Health uses CRM invoices and manually recorded overhead recovery. Forecasts and estimate reviews show planned results. Actual net margin, labor variance, and cash projections need complete cost and balance information. Live QuickBooks and bank feeds are not currently connected.

Can my office and crews use it together?+

Yes. The office manages the business. Crews see schedules, job notes, time tracking, and visit completion.

Does it support recurring work?+

Yes. Manage one-off projects and recurring visits together.

Are these real customer records?+

No. All previews use fictional demo data.

See how it fits
your business.

Tell us what’s eating up your time. Let’s see how Toolbox can help.

One project. Every part of the business.
