This notice covers the Toolbox marketing website and inquiries sent to the Toolbox team, Andrew Goldermann and Jack Argo. It does not describe the handling of customer records inside the Toolbox CRM or a future mobile app.

When you contact us or book a demo

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any details or attachments you choose to include. If you book a demo through our Google Calendar booking page, the appointment organizer receives the information you provide on that page, such as your name, email address, and selected appointment time. We use inquiry and booking information to respond, arrange your demo, and discuss Toolbox with you.

Please avoid sending passwords, bank credentials, payment card details, or private client records in a website inquiry.

Services used by this website

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which makes requests to Google when the pages load.

Our demo booking and Gmail links open Google services. Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s privacy policy. Sending an email through another provider is subject to that provider’s practices.

Tracking and product previews

We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts to this marketing website. This does not mean that hosting or linked services collect no technical information. The product previews on this website use fictional demonstration records and do not connect to a live customer account.

Your questions and choices

You can browse the marketing pages without submitting an inquiry or booking a demo. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up on an inquiry, contact info@toolbox-crm.com. Please identify the email address and inquiry involved so we can review your request.
